I have a new client with a small office building. Evidently, they had some sort of safety inspection done and the inspector cited 3 separate Pushmatic breaker panels for not having closing blanks where there was an open space with no breaker. There were at least 16 open spaces in each panel! It appears to me that the blanks were removed during initial installation or never present. The is no way the panels at one time contained that many additional breakers and they were removed.
So, I asked my supplier about pushmatic blanks and got "the look". I have a few from old jobs but I need 54. I showed him one and he did not recognize it. Does anyone know where I could get any? Will the cost be prohibitive? Will I have to fabricate some plates to attach with screws?

I think Pushmatic used to go by the name Bulldog too if this helps in your search. Good luck I've taken alot of these panels out but wasn't around when any were put in haha.

They do make breaker blanks for them. But even the common siemens are $ .60 or so, so x 54 a tin job starts to look good. Too many blanks in a row never seem to stick around anyway.
