I don't own a set but I was just looking at the same set yesterday. I was thinking about bidding on them but I don't think that I would use them very often.

I'm on the company's safety committee and we've been discussing NFPA-70E.

We have a set of these at work. We use them when we work on our switchgear battries to protect against shorting out the battries.

Look for the double triangles to ensure proper testing. They look like they might be an off brand tring to under sell quality tested tools. I'd ask first.
