I recently purchased the 2002 EElectrical Exam Preparation book by Mike Holt. This work consists of concise, well illustrated discussions followed by sets of 200 multiple choice questions.
However the book does not include the answers. This essentially leaves the student in the dark. Then they have the gall to want to charge you an additional $10 or $20 for the answer pamphlet.
My recomendation is you are studying for an exam is to buy the 1999 edition which does include the answers in the back of the book. The Code does not change that much.

Peter,

To my knowledge they are supposed to come with the Answer Key. It is a separate pamphlet. You should contact whoever you bought it from.
