I am doing a briefing for my class on Fire safety and I am using electrical fires as one of my topics. I was wondering if anybody had some good pics of some electrical fires. If so could you please e-mail them to me

Thanks,

Welcome to ECN

You could try going through the"Photos for Discussion" area and the "Violations" areas of the Bulletin Board.

There are numerous pics of fires archived, along with explanations of the causes.
A right click on the photo, and you can save it to your computer.

(Hint: Try the "search" feature, located in the upper right corner of the page by the New Topic and Post Reply buttons)

Dano,

You could go to Joe Tedesco's website because I know that Joe has a lot of pictures of violations. I am not sure if he has any pictures of fires, but electrical violations, he has a ton of photos. You also might want to try the NFPA website. They might have pictures of fires, because I belong to that org. and I see the pictures in their magazine every month.

This very well could have been a fire, given anymore time, or inadequate maintenance.
