I have a need to bend an offset in 2 1/2" rigid. Can anyone help me? If not do you know who might rent a bender? I called a bunch of the bigger tool rental places with no luck.

I am sure you can get a hydralic bender for around 90.00. Some of those discount offshore no brand tool houses. I have a fellow electricain friend bend an off set into a 2" emt conduit, but I am told they work much better for rigded pipe.

I have always used a hydraulic bender for anything over 2", welded or solid drawn conduit, on occasions I have used the pipe fitters bending equipment , could you find a pipe fitter locally who could bend it for you or do you need a lot of bends?

Did you try CLS? Standard Electric?

I would imagine big companies like that would rent tools, but I could be wrong.

The only one I am sure of that rents benders is Graybar, but they are few and far between.

No go at CLS. I will try Graybar tomorrow.

I am fairly certain we go here when we need extra benders and pullers.

If you’ve got room, 30° offsets are the easiest to lay out. Maybe Allow For a Little SCRAP.
