Electricity theft destroys two homes by fire
Aparently this guy didn't pay his bills so the power company cut his lines off and pulled the meter. He then went to the pole in his backyard and tapped off the lines to restore power. Next thing he knows there's 100+ firefighters and 31 trucks spraying thousands of gallons of wather on his home and others...
Should have used the heavy duty extention cord...

The price seems to be a bit steep here! [Linked Image]

I can't believe an average person could even consider climbing a utility pole & think they could make connections with "what they have around the house" & not have serious consequences (loss of life &/or property) from it! Being an electrician, I personally wouldn't climb of get into Poco stuff for 1) I dont have the proper PPE 2) I haven't had proper training..

Thankfully people didn't die from this guys dumb actions! [Linked Image]

Luckily nobody was killed in the fire, is the supply of power in Nevada that expensive that it's worth losing your life to climb a utility pole? bet he won't be the neighbour of the year [Linked Image]
