Not a lot of guys want to get envolved with trenching which I can't blame them. I charged just under $700 for a 140 ft trench running a #12 circuit using 3/4 PVC, ridgid 90's, & w/p bell boxes going between 2 post lights in a townhome project, that included the $200 trencher rental. Am I too cheap? What would you charge?
Thanks,

For some reason we never have to dig a trench. I either bid so high they get someone else or they make sure the trench gets dug for us. The only problem when the customer digs the trench is they never dig deep enough. [Hey, I said 2 feet deep, not 2 inches]

I may just have someone else dig it. There is always the worry of cutting a line too. Even if it is Blue-Staked.
