Does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram for the old "switched neutral" 3 way wiring?

The ones I have seen, the power is at the fixture, and the switchleg is (as it would be normally) but the neutral is switched.
I am sure there are other schemes.

Don, are you talking about the old "Chicago" Or Carter system 3 ways?

I'm not sure what you're looking for, but this is a illegal threeway.

Tie the hot to a traveler terminal, the neutral to a traveler terminal, run the common to the light. Do the same at the other switch. Both commons from each switch go to the light, hot and neutral run between switchs and are tied to the traveler terminals only.

This is what we here in the northeast call a HOT 3-way. Most common place you will find this type of 3-way set up is at dairy farms with a center pole service, and there is a set of floods on the pole and milk house. The 3-ways are fed at the house and from the barn panels. Russ M has the correct wiring of the 3-ways. The 3-ways MUST be fed from the same phase at house and barn. So when working on this type of set up, you must turn off power at house and the barn.

Don,

I e-mailed you 4 old diagrams out of an old wiring book. See if they can help you. I am not sure if I can post them here on ECN. I might try though.
