Found this and was looking for some feedback: 400 amp fused switch that has parallel feeders that terminate under one lug. Checked nameplate on panel, see that 2 wires per lug seems to be shown in the table.

Is this allowed even if nameplate seems to allow it?

Also some other panels with parallel feeds under single lug. Didn't see anything about 2 wires per terminal on the panelboard.

Thanks
GW

That is what I call hold your nose legal. You may not think it passes the smell test but if the manufacturer had it listed for 2 wires and the instructions say it is OK for 2 wires, it is OK. The only caveat is deep in the fine print it may say "2 of the same size wires". If you stick a #14 in a lug with a #2 there is a real good chance that #14 will not have a decent connection.

It may be a 'hold your nose' thing, but when I had tools, I would not do it. (Period)

I have not seen anyone do this.

As an inspector, based on what the label stated, I have to take it. However, I would call Siemens and question that label.
