Hi there,

Got an interesting motor connection sticker here. Doesn't look like it's either in Delta or Wye configuration. What's happening here?

I see these "funny" motor wiring diagrams pop up every now and then. Almost every time it just turns out that the manufacturer has made some of the connections "for you" internally, and maybe juggled some pin numbers around to keep you from making assumptions.

You've omitted the manufacturer of this motor so I can't easily look it up, but I've found a number of 12-terminal wiring diagrams where "all four" terminals in a column are connected together, so my stab in the dark is that it's one of those, but with T1/T2/T3 already internally jumpered to one of the other rows.
