Tips on how to read 2018 CE Code Book?

Hello

I am working on obtaining 442A Licence in Ontario, Canada. I have 2018 CE Code book.

I have Electrical background and am going thru the sample questions.
However, currently I am finding it hard to use the CE Code book and find the answers.
Can I get any tips and advice, suggest any videos or whatever available on how to read 2018 CE Code Book?
