In chorus with Dante's 7 levels how should the following be rated?

Customer;

" I'd like to help you pull some wire, you'll vouch for me right?" (Forrest Gump)

" I have a plan from (popular mechanic's, time-life, etc)"

" All you gotta do is make this (total mess) into the panel "

" Whaddya mean, ya can't stuff it in there??, just look at any (panel, JB, etc.) around here!"

" Permit? uh-uh, i don't need you getting those state guys in here!"

" I want it now!"
( no clue as to WHAT is wanted)

" Oh, and i forgot to tell you about my husbands jumbo welder..." @ end of service change

Well, really, there isn't much room for comment here, you've stated it perfectly.

Somehow, you need to work in the customer that wants to make a major change about 1 hour before the drywall guy show up. There is a special place in Hell for this customer.
