Just figured 1200 sq. ft. house and also a separate service for septic system and well by the material and estimated labor came up to $ 9500.00. Gave him a call and he got in under contract with someone else for $ 4300.00. Guess I'll stay with remodel work and service changes etc. frown Looks like he was about $ 3.58 per sq. ft.
