Yup that is like a KupLTap.
The problem is they don't have one that taps a 600MCM with a #14 I guess.

ive seen this on here before, it still makes me wonder how the hell you could do this without getting shocked or destroying a tool or 2... I'm imagining a $2.99 orange store 4-in-1 screwdriver wrapped up in a roll of .99 tape.
