Is this a "pump" or a "dispenser". The difference is the width of the class 1 div 2 area.
If this is outdoors, a safe answer is 3 feet or greater away, 18" or greater above grade ... If I am reading Table 514.3(B)(1) right. Underground raceways still need sealoffs.
