read 700.9 (B) , 701.10,& 702.9

700.9(B) - NO

701.10 - Yes

702.9 - Yes

To answer your question you must first determine what your circuits are. Emergency (700) Legally Required ( 701) or Optional ( 702)
Read 700.1 & 700.2 and 701.1 & 701.2 and 702.1 & 702.2
to determine what you have.
