FWIW, I'm under the understanding that our POCO here has been under 70-E for many years. I'll inquire next week, as we've been hit with a lot of storm related outages & the guys I know are really busy.

Best I could find was NESC Rule 410.A(3).
As far as PPE ect.
Does OSHA General clause pretain to them also???
