This American one looks to do that, but they actually crisscrossed the connections. I used a continuity checker function of my DVM to check. So both plugs will be correctly wired, assuming the entire device is in fact correctly wired. This one is Hubbell's P-1781

In the USA it would be the ultimate Receptacle! No more ground up/Down Debates grin

And, if you are getting shocked because the hot is on the wrong side of the plug, you can just use the other outlet to cure the problem grin
