Could the webmaster change the pickable colors on the "Topic" section. I have a hard time noticing the difference between "black" and "blue".

Could you please elaborate a bit more. I don't know what you mean.

This is not controlled by the site. It is in your web browser settings. For instance, if you have internet explode, I mean internet explorer, go to internet options from the tool menu or from your control panel. At the bottom of the general tab see history. There is a button labeled colors. Click that and you can change to whatever colors you wish!
