Walk-in coolers and freezers #183815

What wiring methods are allowed in walk-in coolers and freezers? Are rain-tight boxes and fittings necessary? I havn't done one in a couple years and can't remember what is called for.

I was planning on using EMT w/setscrew fittings and 4" square boxes.
