I don't think I've ever been in the ceiling of a restaurant where I didn't encounter at least one of those boxes. Can you imagine how much fun they would be if they had the appropriate number of extension boxes installed? That thing would probably be a foot deep. Think of how many circuits are using the wrong neutral too!
