Anyone have a link to a part that can be used to satisfy 680.26(C) of the 2008 NEC?

Has anyone used a stainless or brass nipple at the pump for the pool water bond?

How about some kind of 9"x9" plate to mount through the side of a nonconductive pool shell?

I think the easiest would be a brass pipe nipple screwed directly into the pump housing and bonded to the #8 you should have right there. I am not sure that really bonds the water but it does meet code.

A discussion topic yesterday. Consensus was what Greg said above. The pool mfg's should be jumping on this soon!

Brass pipe nipple with a ground clamp should work.

Leland, what are you doing to comply with the rule?

I foresee a parade of eager apprentices, sent by a playful journeyman to the parts house for a "pool rod" and a "water hammer" laugh
