So what do you think? Did they move the wall? or were they just lazy?
This is just a SMALL example of what I find daily in a College that was built in the early 1900s'. With a big "Dome".

I'll show them! try to move a wall on me with no change order! 
That's an obvious trip hazard also... I would expect a competent electrician to paint that "safety yellow"
