If there are any fans of irish tenor type music, you might be surprised to see who has taken up a second career. Some might know him as the EC&M Sr. Editorial Director.

Are you serious?

Sounds like this guy's gotta pretty established following, it would take a lifetime of dedication to nothing but a music career to accomplish that...

I mean, I did a Google search and found out
I was a Grain Inspector. Heck, I didn't know I was!

I could be wrong, but I think that's a different guy.

If I'm wrong, I'm quitting being an EC and going to go back to making a career in music.

Heck, I mean, if it's that easy!

The picture is an amazing likeness. I think it's the man himself.

Wow, I stand corrected...

Which, I suppose, goes to show that once you have the money you can do anything...

</insanely jealous>

No offense, I wish him all the best in his musical career!

And I should maybe decline my decision to stay home and do "office work" today!

(Office work = playing on 'puter and posting on ECN...)

Mo' money, Mo' money, Mo' money!

One of Joe McP's associates from when McGraw-Hill owned EC&M was Art Freund. Art has taken a different approach—as an electrical expert witness in legal proceedings. He mentioned that attorneys pay well and promptly...if you're good they want to keep you in the loop.
