Has anyone experienced problems with ordering from the ECN Store? I placed an order on 12/05/07 and have yet to receive it. I have phoned,(please leave a message) and e-mailed (no reply) until I'm blue in the face. Everytime I think about it, I get P***ed. Is anyone running that place? They are quick to bill your credit card, but forget about talking to anyone there.

Donnie:
There have been a few threads previous about this situation.
Mr. Bill has replied and has attempted to intervine, although he is NOT involved directly.

I made a few purchases in the past (2 yrs+) and had no issues!

Please be patient...Mr Bill will jump in here.

Donnie,

Sorry to hear that this hasn't been resolved yet. I'll get you an answer by tomorrow, one way or the other.

Thanks Bill.
Hotline, I too, have made purchases in the past with no problems, but someone has really dropped the ball on this one.

I got ripped off too, I'm about ready to give up, 10 phone calls, numerous emails, no resolution.

My card was charged 6 months ago, and only a month ago did they ship the wrong products!

My question is why is such a questionable business associated with such a great site??

highground,

I asked you to send me an email or pm with some details of the problem you were having, but haven't seen that yet.

Bill, you may delete this if you think it's over the edge...

From anything that I have read here over the years....Bill will do whatever he can to solve the situation.

But....IF he don't have the info he needs.....what does anyone expect?

Bill,

I just sent you a PM with all the info. I did not see your post asking for info in the thread I started because I haven't looked at the site in several days and thread was way down the list. I posted on this one when I saw it at the top. That would be great if you could resolve my problem. I would not have even posted a public message if I hadn't felt so wronged in the first place.

Yes, Bill is the man! He has taken care of me and I also actually received an e-mail from kim@contractor-books.com today. So I guess someone does work there after all. They just needed a little nudge from Bill.
