Oh, my goodness! That's what they accomplished in a YEAR!!

They changed a couple of words, clarified some things, and changed the fraudulent use penalty from 5yrs. to 7yrs.

I'll bet they must be patting themselves on the back over their accomplishments.

21% of the applicants have not yet taken the the exam

...........And of those that have taken it 1/3 have failed.
