Probably not. I'll bet that it just drains out the wall to the outside! I was at a restaurant in rural Port Royal, VA a few years ago that had a new and improved men's room. They had a similar setup using a trough. The pipe went out the wall, down about a 75 foot slope and then into a nearby creek.

The restaurant is gone now. I wonder why?
