Hey I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what size wire I need to use. It is a 2 family house has 2 sub panels 200amps each. I am putting a 2 gang stackable meter pan. I am use to single family house where everything is straight forward. The problem is these apartments are small only 900sf each. The 200 amp panels are an over kill. Could someone help me out here?

You have to serve 200a if that is the breaker you have. 4/0 al to each and 600kcmil (or parallel 4/0) to the service point, the way I see it. The PoCo will probably connect that to a 2ga al triplex drop.
