pretty interesting site. seems like a lot of the telephone guys have issues over licensing.

Yes people deinitely have issues with lecensing, the technology has been around for so long and never any regulation existed as to who can perform work.
It is hard to adjust to change.

Yeah, I'm a member over there also and you probably are talking about a thread I participated in. They complain about fly-by-nighters who underbid them and I try to convince them that licensing is a good thing and will help cut down on that.

I also don't think they realize that if licensing is required and they operate without one they have no legal recourse to collect their money if the customer decides not to pay.

Oh well, I'll keep trying.
