does anyone pay incentives andhow does it work
is it direct related to the $$ amount or how does it work?
and what % in the bottom line should it reflect?

We are a small res shop in the early stages of expirementation with incentive pay. I am sorry I don't have any actual experience to share, but if you are interested I would be happy to share our thinking with you.

I have no idea where I got that from. It works as an exel file in my computer but I don't know how to make that available to you all so you can edit it.

Try that link for a decent discussion of performance pay. I think the link at the end is where I got the excel worksheet from, but it is dead now.
