Hi ToHo,

Do a search on older messages, this has been discussed many times.

You will find that there are many different methods, you will have to decide what will work for your business.

What we do is to bid by the opening, plus service entrance, plus range, a/c, etc. that has worked well for us. We do very little residential anymore, mostly commercial / industrial.
