What would you do as a maintenance agreement for residential customers? I would assume you would check all connections and make sure everything is in working order once a year but what else and what exactly would be the benefit for the client? How would you handle a problem if let's say a main breaker went bad? Would you cover it under the maintenance agreement?

Wow LK I never thought about the insurance going up. We've batted around the idea, but $5k would be a large obstacle to hurdle. My insurance auto-renews and I don't remember a question about maintainance and I don't know what would tip them off to this. I guess if we decide to go that route we should contact our agent and ask questions.
