Ha Ha Ha Ha!.
Just been talking to Ian McKevedy, a fellow Faultsman.
He went to a blown Pole fuse in Tinwald, just the other side of the bridge here.
He put a new HRC link in the holder and put it back in and it blew instantly.
So he knocked on the door of the house and a guy came out "as high as a kite" as Ian told me.
"You aren't the Cops are you?" was the next question, as people ran everywhere inside the house.
"Thank God for that!" was the answer.
Ian said that the Main switch had shorted and he replaced the 2 fuses and the switch and he was off again!.
Ian is as solidly built and as tall as me, he is very intimidating if you don't know him and he has a grey beard!.
Tinwald unfortunately has more than it's share of dope smokers.

Perhaps they were experimenting with some new fangled high voltage dope smoking apparatus??
