If you are going to have switches in two different locations, it is probably easier to use momentary ones wired in parallel. Each switch pair would then turn on a control relay for "Hand" or a different one for "Auto". This will be much easier and use less wire than trying to do with maintained pposition switches.
Definitly evaluate the website Don directed you to. Even though it is for Square D products most vendors have similar coil characteristics so the tables should be interchangeable.
