"Qualified Person, One who has the skills and knowledge related to the construction and operation of the electrical equipment and installations and has received safety training on the hazards involved.

How does this affect things?

Seeing the sparks flying from the second man in the series does add a new meaning to the term "live conductor."

I'm thinking that picture would look great hanging in our shop.

Larry Fine enters Stage Left. He is carrying a wrecking bar and the remains of a large broken padlock.

"Hey Mo! Hey Curly! What schmuck went and put this stoopid padlock on the main panil!"

Mo; ( tearing himself off the hot wiring ) "You MORON!! Why, I aughta!".... (whacks Larry with length of Romex.)

Curly; (still wired into soykit) " Aaaaaaaaaaaarrgghhh!!! Toin it OFF!!!!"

Remember those guys from Saturday Morning cinema as if it were yesterday!
