Flood? And the J-box is accessible via magnet on a crane and a pump over a few days.

Let me guess the pump, and crane are electric, and fed from this service thats down due to the flood?

Is there are a sign that says, "Welcome to Lake Scrap Iron"

Actually, the water is not much more than 2" deep,(its all concrete)the service is quite live, and the truck bed full of iron was pushed into the j-box w/a loader.

The photo does not show it but there are HV lines above the area where the building housing the switchboard is, the crane is a little ways down from that area.

P.S. One must have pity on the PG&E meter readers, having to navigate the water and scrap metals.
