Hey...the bottom left hand plug is NOT deadfront!! :-D My guess is it's one of those Gem brand plugs with the cardboard insulator (if it still HAS it).

Also, look at the orange cord. The molded plug has lost the grounding pin. It's stuck into the outlet upside down...
