looks like someone went through alot of un necessary work in this panel. It even looks like Square D breakers have been put in. Well i guess there needs to be some GE parts and maybe some FPE and Pushmatic parts to be totally mixed up. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/rolleyes.gif)

In pic 6, what is that white wire caught under a screw on the neutral/bond bar? Was there no other place for it?
