These photos come from a grocery stores electric rooms.

I went there for a service call, I have been to more than 30 of this chains stores and they are all more or less the same.

Not one of the other ones has the drip pans this one does.

Photos 1 and 2 are of the same gear and you can see the 12"x12" can I had to work in, it is clear in photo 1 and barely visible in photo 2 to the right of the trough.

Photos 3, 4, and 5 are of some gear located in another equipment room.

Photo 4 you can see the refrigeration contractor ran parallel to the gear as the prints for these stores always show, the stores engineers know about space requirements.

Photo 5 you can see a plumbing vent, the plans would not have it located there, we would have caught that early and had it moved.

Photos 6, 7 and 8 are all taken from the same direction at a wall with energy management controls and electric defrost control panels (the blue cabinets)

Photo 6 shows a water line that is more than 3' feet from the wall.

Photo 7 You can get an idea of the working space for the defrost panels, these are full of contactors and fuses operating at 208 volt.

Photo 8 You say you might want to open this piece of trough?

Photo 9 again the only pipe even near is at least 6' away.

Note the labor involved here with all the penetrations sealed.
