The contractor that reworked these conduits calls this installation done. What do you think?

I guess I should have pulled the visqueen off before taking the picture. Maybe tommorrow I'll take another and send it in for editing.

My GC showed AHJ yesterday. Question-did you guys do it. Answer- No. Response. Bury it.
