Looks like the machinist blew a fuse, and lost a screw. That's a piece of steel very neatly machined with the screw heads inletted and all. Next fuse up the line is at the SCE transformer, and all the breakers that it feeds are 65KAIC. The black allen head cap screw completes his personalization.

on the subject of no-blows;
ever notice how 1/2" cu pipe seems to fit in cartride fuse holders perfectly?
