Working clearance in front of panelboard was not observed. What type of tank is that in front of panel?

Frank,

I think it is a water tank.
The link provided there is to an article on this Invention.

On the sidebar of that page is a feature called "Worlds First Database iof Farm Inventions" I searched with keyword "electric" and came up with 140 "Inventions" some with pretty intriguing titles, like Electric Fly Trap and Lightning Weeder (kills weeds with Electricity) .. but alas, it's a pay per view type thing!! I would have liked to see some of those inventions!

That kerosene lantern hanging in the upper left corner is obviosly there so that this installation will comply with 110-26(d). [Linked Image]

Few things are harder to put up with than the annoyance of a good example.

The Lantern is up there so the Cow can't kick it over.
