this was found while troubleshooting a tripped breaker. Owner of building said it was working fine for the past 6 years, so why fix what ain't broke.

Someone has to mention... that 12ยข plastic bushing threaded on the EMT connector will surely prevent dangerous cutthrough of the enclosed bare conductor(!)
