I don't know why this is here, but thought it was a bad place to have a outlet.

I dunno about bad place, but the install method leaves a lot to be desired! shocked It almost looks like something was piped in that location at one time from where the SO cord comes through the wall.... Is this a rough neighborhood & someone stole the conduit & box for scrap?
Back to reality... Something gives me a feeling there used to be one of those locked up ice storage machines in front of this.. Or even coin-op water vend... I can't imagine this being like this in plain sight & no one saying something about it.. Did you hotstick it to see if it was hot? Did you make the store management aware they have a signifigant hazard & someone (most likely a kid or an ECN member) being curious might be, at the minimum, hurt?? (Not to put you on the spot or anything [Linked Image] ) But that thing might as well have a sign on it that says "kids, 5-10 years old.... PULL ME!) [Linked Image]

the only right way to react on this is to short it. and post a message on it, >YOU GET OTHERS INTO DANGER, IDIOT<
