The heater is 480 VAC 3 phase wired to the disconnect behind the piping. The orange hose in the top is brand of flex conduit. The breaker panel is for the room lights and receptacles. The unit on the left is the A/C which is connected to the water piping for compressor cooling.

The enclosure on the right contains a LAN distribution hub. The white box in front is a microwave on top of a small refrigerator all plugged in to a multi-outlet power strip. Some people don't believe water and electricity don't mix.

This is just rediculous!.
Someone needs a very good kick in the pants for installing that A/C where it is in the first place.
