EMT on the floor also blocks working space, as well as being a tripping hazard.

It's hard to tell what's in the white box to the left of the panel, but if it is electical (the EMT looks like it enters it in the lower left), the transformer is in that panel's working space...

Speaking about working space; is there enough clearance at the front of the xfr??

Add that to the items listed above.

Is it me, or is the right bollard (is that what the yellow poles are called?) crooked (from an impact)?

Again, hard to tell. but it looks like the xfmr has a conduit entering on the panel side, up high. I know of no xfmrs that allow this, all call for wiring to be below the coils.

Nice clean and shiny floor tho !!!

I had nothing to do with the bollard, and thats my story and I'm sticking to it
