Is anyone interested in hearing how some of the rules were added to the code and why?

Please do so, Joe. Even us oldsters don't always remember the "why!"

Joe: Please do. I've always thought that WHY something is done (or not done) is every bit as important as simply saying "Do this/don't do this".

I don't use 90.4 very often, but isn't impossible to come up with an equivalent if you don't know the true purpose? Please Joe, do tell. Thanks in advance!
