Thought you might like this application. What code(s) are being abused.
The drain on this A/C unit is plumbed into the jug which is periodically
emptied by employees.

Hard to tell if the a/c unit is hard wired into the panel, and is that black pipe there using?

Is that an orange wire? If it is it looks like an extension cord.

According to my untrained eyes:

The orange extension cord, for one. (Is it temporary?)

There are items on top of the service panel.

Is there a cord wrapping around something to the left of the panel?

Should the panel not have 30" of clear space to each side?

Upon what is the collection jug perched? Looks like something an electric-related.
(That water looks a bit grimy, too.)

Where is the air conditioner unit plugged in? The cord looks somewhat long.

Too many loose cords hanging around, it seems to me.

Looks like a Miller Dialarc 250 AC/DC welder off to the right. Does that add to the situation any?

Is the air conditioner unit's cord snaking behind the panel? Or is it going into the panel directly?

Also, why is the air conditioner draining INSIDE?

I thought all those beasts are supposed to drain outside the building.

Can you just imagine that milk bottle filling up, tipping over and bursting on the floor?

the water/oil jug looks to be sitting on a disconnect switch

the cord on the ac unit looks to be hard wired to the panel. the size of the ac unit 220/240 volts?????

is this area a garage ? if so,is this the only recp.15 amp??? need a 20 amp gfci
