Two piece, snap-on "Decora" (decorator) style cover plates, no brand name (or UL stamp) on them anywhere.

Anyone know where I can get such an animal?
(preferably a listed/labelled version...)

I'll need single, double and triple gangs, cost is only somewhat of an object (I hope they're not $10 a piece!)

www.lutron.com those are the "Claro" wallplates. Home depot stocks them around here.
