Does anyone know where I can get a 3M circuit tracing kit? I saw a maintenance man use it once and it worked a heck of a lot better than any other kit i've seen so far. But have not been able to find one on the net?

Try a Google search for "circuit tracing dynatel"this may be what you are looking for from 3M...good luck

I've been looking at this one from IDEAL that according to their pdf does just about anything and everything:
